Welcome to life-rhythms! My name is craig and I'll be your heretic for tonight.If this is your first trip to the site, let me fill you in on the master plan.

I've decided it's time to overthrow the mental health system as we know it. Here's why . . .

First, some of the brightest and best are dying needlessly. Second, millions more are merely surviving when they could be living. Finally, the true villains in this tragedy are not the people who are trying to help.

Wouldn't it be great if we could . . .

1. . . . blur the lines between people who provide the services and the people who use them.
2. . . . help the service providers to overcome the fear of those they serve.
3. . . . go beyond mere treatment compliance, and  actually show people  how to get their lives back.

By the way, my weapons of choice are knowledge and information.
